This piece started as a sculpture. The soap dish with a used piece of soap were found in an apartment that I lived in during the year 2003 in Union City, CA. I saw it in the bathroom, and admired its beauty. It has traveled with me since that time. On 3/24/12 I assembled it with Scotch Tape to spell out "YOKO" on the floor of the Swarm Gallery in Oakland, CA.
